If you are selling property and a broker or realtor has given you a proposed contract from a potential buyer, often times we can review and advise you on the terms of the agreement without charging any additional attorneys’ fees if our Real Estate Seller Representation includes writing the title and serving as closing agent for the transaction.

• Buyer default?  Should the situation arise, our attorneys have experience with Real Estate Seller Representation in litigating actions over escrow disputes, damages and specific performance.  Our lawyers routinely provide Real Estate Seller Representation on construction defects, failure to disclosed and hidden defect actions.
